We made this investment, in a neat company called Veniam that comes out of Porto Portugal, some time earlier this year but they finally got around to announcing it yesterday.
Random but fun, when we started StayAtMy a few years back, we first named it Veniam. After not renewing the domain name, apparently Robin Chase (founder Zipcar, Buzzcar) decided to found a company with that name. Not saying that there’s tons of value in that name, but it would probably have been worthwhile to renew that domain. Next time..
