Interesting direction. While I find myself using Foursquare a lot less after they split it into two service, I still do most of my travel planning on Foursquare. Browsing through lists, seeing where my friends have been, and finding places related to places I know I want to visit gives me a lot of value, and I’m rarely disappointed when visiting a place I find on Foursquare. In my opinion, the web service should also cater more for travel planning.
